Covid 19: How to deal with this pandemic?

At this hour of Corona terror we are to save our self & others. The most important 1st route of infection is by Respiration. We must cover our mouth & noise carefully while reaching a person outside house or even inside our house to meet an outsider.

Second route is through our hands which we must sterilize often i.e. after touching any article brought in from outside in our home or office.

Sterilization of Hands can be done by 2 ways:

1. Rubbing 70% Alcohol on our hands for at least 10 seconds. We can use Chlorub which is very strong antiseptic containing Chlorhexidine 0.5% & Ethanol 70%.

2. Washing the hand with soap for 20 seconds. We can used Surgiklin Surgical Hand Wash Gel.

There are so many hand sanitizers in the market. We must use a Sanitizer having Alcohol above 70%. Take About 3ml & RUB on the hands on front & back in between the finger, under the finger nails, till all the alcohol is evaporated.

In case Sanitizer is not available or you have some allergy then use any soap in a quantity which will produce sufficient foam & rub thoroughly & wash for 20 seconds

Other measures include distancing while walking, working, during purchasing or anywhere in public

  • Do not touch any body

  • Do not touch any product outside your house.

  • Do not bring home any item without keeping in sunlight or UV light.

  • Wash fruits & vegetables, store in refrigerator.

  • Discard all outer packaging, like plaster covering, envelope, paper etc. Where not possible, disinfect the outer packaging/box with alcoholic spray and then store it.

  • Do not travel for recreation. Go outside your house/workplace when absolutely necessary.

  • Do not eat outside.

Increase your immunity

    • Take one capsule of vitamin B complex with Zinc

    • Take one good multivitamin.

    • Take 500mg Vitamin C.

    • Take oral Vitamin D3 Sachet every month.

    • Take good wholesome diet.

    • Take good quality of fruits, nuts & cheese.

    • Take some giloe, Ginger, lemon & honey.

    • Do not over exert. Some exercise is must. Do yoga.

    • Be happy & be Positive.

    • Do not get depressed.
